• 6.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• 6.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration to be held in Your Jurisdiction.
